1) Rental overview

Who can rent : StartupBranch Members
Hosted Events : Various events held for the purpose of supporting startup growth
Rental spaces : Pitch center / Lounge / Meeting room
Cost : Free of charge
Operating hours : Weekdays 09:30 ~ 17:30 (Closed on weekends and holidays)

(2)Request to use space from organization/institutional users
Note
Must be applied by the host company (agencies are not eligible to apply)
Event must be less than 3 months away as of the date of application
Application must be made at least 5 business days in advance of the desired date of rental
Must apply through the Applying Page (email, text, or call reservations NOT allowed)
A detailed event plan must be attached
Please allow about 5 business days for review after application.
Only 100 people or less can be accommodated
Only 1 rental application per day
Lounge and Pitching Center can be booked once a month and meeting rooms once a week

Approved/rejected notifications: via text (kita.net → 마이페이지 → 서비스 신청내역 → 스타트업브랜치 내 예약내역 확인)
Reasons for rejection★
(4)Exploration(optional)
Events approved for rental only, after scheduling with an administrator
(5)Event
Punctuality (including set-up and clean-up within the rental hours)
Extra setup/staging time not allowed
Coordinate with admin if you need to install event equipment, etc.
Notify admin of event cancellations/changes at least 3 business days before the event
no-show → Restricted from future StartupBranch rentals and use

4) ★Note for using branches★

On non-event days, the lounge is open to members only (weekdays from 09:30 to 17:30) (Please refer to the Upcoming Events’ on the homepage to check availability)
Prohibit on-site sales, trading, and other buying and selling within the space
Request an administrator if you want to use lights/air conditioning, etc.
Beverages and light refreshments available (including catering)
No microphones in the lounge during events
Keep the Pitching center folding doors closed during presentations/lectures
No support for equipment/fixtures other than built-in equipment (beam projectors, microphones, etc.)
No outside sound/lighting/etc. equipment allowed
Tables, chairs, and other equipment must be get back to their original state when moved.
For parking ticket inquiries : Global PM Co(02-6002-7130)
Event Hosts are responsible for damage and loss of equipment, supplies, etc.
※ Violations of the Rules and Guidelines may result in restrictions on future use.

Location : Startup Branch, COEX 2F, 513, Yeongdong-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul

Way to come by subway(Line 9 Bongeunsa station - Exit 7)

Way to come by private car *We do not cover parking costs.
